Personal Training
Shanice transitioned into fitness and Personal Training (PT) after completing her undergraduate degree in 2015. She needed another outlet due to not dancing as frequently
or consistently.
​
Going to the gym and staying in shape was able to help her continue to pursue dance goals as well as learn another skill to put under her tool belt. Shanice studied PT under American Council on Exercise and has been certified
since 2019.
In 2021, she added fitness nutrition coach under her belt and is excited to continue to learn and grow under this skill to keep creating for her clients.

In 2022, she added certificates in Stretch & Flexibility and Women's Fitness Specialist from NASM.
